Ingredients
  

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups whole milk
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus extra for the skillet
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup warm maple syrup
2 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
Fresh berries and powdered sugar, for topping

Method
 

Whisk the dry ingredients together in one bowl.
    Whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
      Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
        Pour into a buttered skillet and cook undisturbed until set.
          Chop and fold the pancake into bite-sized pieces.
            Continue cooking until every piece is golden.
              Toss with cold butter and warm maple syrup.
                Top with berries and powdered sugar, then serve warm.
